Founded in 1764, Brown is a nonprofit leading research university, home to world-renowned faculty, and an innovative educational institution. Providence, Rhode Island, Brown's home for more than two and a half centuries, is a vibrant place to live, work and study, a stimulating hub for innovation, and a city rich in cultural diversity. In 2022 Jezet Seating installed retractable seating systems for 3 retractable seating systems throughout the campus. All systems are individually modelled for the purpose of the room. The main theatre is equipped with a system of which the middle part can be used separately, and the 2 lateral parts can be uncoupled and stored in the lower level. The challenge was to avoid contact with the air vents in the floor when retracting and extracting the system. This was solved by using a push chain. The bespoke seats have a modern look and a high-quality finish.

In the Drama studio Jezet created system with benches that harmonizes with the storage niche in closed position by using the same finish.

In the Music rehearsal room a curved system was chosen.
