Since its opening in March 2003, Quai des rêves has been a municipal theatre that positions itself as an instrument for cultural development for the Penthièvre. Its main mission is the cultural development of the performing arts in the Lamballe-Armor area, which translates into five main objectives: cultural dissemination, cultural accessibility, support for creativity, arts education and support for amateur practices.

With a theatre auditorium, rehearsal rooms and the Conservatoire de Musique et de Danse de Lamballe Terre & Mer, it acts as a bridge between artists and audiences, between creators and amateurs. Jezet Seating supplied and installed a telescopic grandstand with 441 Livio seats in the theatre auditorium.
